Restocking Fees
GetDuds does not charge any restocking fees for returns regardless of the reason for the return.
Return Shipping Labels
Our return shipping information is inside our site on our customer’s dashboard. We have a storage address available for APPROVED returns. If returns are not approved we will return to address the package for breaking out terms and conditions. If you are approved and the dispute has been successful return address location can be used via the customer dashboard located Return Location tab.
GetDuds reserves the right to deduct from the refund amount if we are forced by a customer to frauding our system for shipping returns.
